About Me

I love the feeling of watching one of my card creations come to life. I mostly make my cards to give away. Sending a homemade card denotes that extra care has gone into the planning & creating of a gift. Since most of my gifts are handmade as well, the two seem to fit perfectly together.

I have been working with my hands ever since I can remember! I began making my own Valentine’s Day card in high school & by the time I hit college, I was having so much fun that I haven’t sent a store bought card in eleven years!

All of my cards are made completely by hand. I create a template, carefully cut my stencil out with a razor blade, and trace my patterns over & over & cut out the pieces. That’s a lot of tiny scissor & razor blade work! I have been called insane several times for the minute work that I do, but I love it! The smaller the pieces, the more love that went into it! That’s my motto!

I have often been accused of being compulsive when it comes to my card making. This compulsiveness to create lent itself well to the idea of selling my cards so that others can enjoy the feeling of giving away a thoughtful, adorable card from the heart.
